A homeowner from Raheja Vivarea, Koramangala came to me through a reference. After listening carefully to his lifestyle and expectations, I told him honestly:

“To do even simple luxury properly, your home will need around ₹70–90 lakhs.”

He had already heard a number closer to ₹40 lakhs from a store.
